see all reviewsI enjoyed this sweat flow class more than the other sweat flow I attended at Chi Junky. Amanda's energy felt more warm and welcoming than I'd previously experienced. The playlist was great, and the volume was high, but I could still hear her instructions. I do enjoy the challenge of these classes, but sometimes I find the vibe too intense. This felt pretty good though. Thanks, Amanda!

see all reviewsFarley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! And it wasn’t repetitive flows (which I find can get boring). He focused on one body part which was really cool!

This was, hands down, the best sound bath experience I’ve ever had in the city. The instructor has a relaxing voice and it is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for letting go of the day’s stresses. The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Not only do you hear the sounds but also feel them resonating throughout your body, releasing tension. I emerged feeling rejuvenated and revitalized with a clear mind. It was the perfect antidote to the daily grind. I highly recommend checking out this sound bath.
