I started this class in May as a complete newbie to fitness and I could barely lift the lightest weights. I’ve been going 2x a week since then and I’m extremely happy with how much I’ve progressed. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.

Dustin repeated the moves often which I appreciated as a visual learner and someone who copies the person beside me often because I can’t hear. I appreciated that he would give tips or call outs between sets and call out what he sees is being done wrong to the entire group. I also like that he goes around and gives one on one coaching especially if something is being done wrong.
