    PILATES BURN

Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

Farley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! The instructor has a relaxing voice and it is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for letting go of the day’s stresses. The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Not only do you hear the sounds but also feel them resonating throughout your body, releasing tension. I emerged feeling rejuvenated and revitalized with a clear mind. HOT BODĒ [Traditional] Yoga - {Infrared Heated Class)

This may be the best yoga class I have ever taken in my life! It was truly amazing yet challenging and Simran is such a good teacher. I left the class feeling rejuvenated and happy. I will definitely be returning.

I took my MIL while she's visiting in town. We both enjoyed this class, it was a good pace with lots of variation options for all levels. Great explanations of biomechanics and discussion around different body types. Thanks!
