The class was really challenging but provided options for higher (beast) and lesser (warrior) intensity for different fitness levels. She also offered substitutes based on your personal ability: someone with a plantar issue got an exercise safe for them Just overall great.

    This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

    Alison is a fantastic instructor with great energy and encouragement. The class isn’t for me though - I struggled to make it through without feeling pain in my feet. That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

    Excellent instructor who really helped and provided a lot of modifications. However, this is not a class for beginners. There were handstands and a lot of really cool things happening. Thankfully the instructor provided options for me to do something that was easy. But I wouldn’t recommend the class for beginners. It felt awkward being the only person not being able to do a lot of poses.

    It was my first time trying and the instructor made my feel welcomed, safe and comfortable. I did reversed table top and inversion for the first time ever (with some help) which was so exciting and encouraging! The classroom and the gym in general is clean, spacious and filled with natural lights, unlike most other gyms I’ve visited. If I didn’t have a gym membership already I’d sign up right away.

    I still love the environment and structure of the class. I do think this instructor (I didn't catch her name but it wasn't Christine) could have cued us a bit more... we often were jumping from one set to the next without any countdowns or foreshadowing what was coming, and few status updates as to where we were at with timing (30 secs left etc). I could have used a bit more verbal encouragement as well :) Still giving 5 stars though because I really enjoy this studio and class was excellent regardless!

    Connor was really great! I was a little nervous coming into my first F45 class but he made me feel very welcome by giving me a quick rundown at the start and checking in on me at the beginning of my sets which was really really appreciated! Lauren as well was great - frequently giving me pointers as well. I also appreciated that I wasn’t announced to the whole class as a newcomer as I have in other bootcamp style classes. They were welcoming without being excessive. As for the workout itself, I thought it was good to have each set at 45 seconds each - allowed me to push a little harder on the weights at each exercise. I held back a bit to pace myself but definitely could push harder the next time
