see all reviewsI absolutely love the yoga classes at 3Tribes and have been coming for years. The teachers are fantastic. But the classes more often than not finish 5 mins or more late, which in the morning makes it a bit stressful trying to get to work on time when you’re already trying to squeeze a pre-work class in. And therefore it’s also hard to relax during savasana. It kind of undoes all the relaxation of the class. It would be great if classes could finish on time.

Bonus point for the exceptionally clean facility - the cleaners came in as soon as we finished and cleaned the floor, etc. which is very noticeable compared to other gyms where you can see all the hair when doing floor exercises.

But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. He also shares interesting scientific insights about energy and calories. What really stands out is his innovative use of an iPad timer display to guide us through the session. The coloured zones and RPM targets sync perfectly with the music, making the sessions both engaging and effective. It’s clear he puts a lot of thought and effort into building the profiles, and it pays off! Being able to track your progress and work at your own pace is really motivating.
