    Flow

Great yoga flow class to start the week. This class format is what I’d describe as intermediate level yoga - but even as more of a beginner I was able to follow the cues and feel great! I just wish yoga 2.0 would add microphones for the instructors. Will def be back!

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Christina was one of the best sculpt teachers I’ve ever had. She actually knew what she was doing compared to a lot of instructors I’ve had. She was well paced and I didn’t feel like she was rushing or jumping around to random exercises. She prepped everyone with good form tips too. She also has a very positive, clear, motivating energy. I would 100% come back just for her class!

    Flow + Restore

Absolutely refreshing, restorative, and relaxing. The instructor, Mirella, was so thoughtful and considerate in her flow and pace, offering variations to different poses and ensuring that the yoga sequence be gentle on the body. The restorative portion of class is now my favorite way to end any yoga session. This was my first time taking a restorative yoga class, and I feel lucky to have been taught by Mirella.

Fi’s class is amazing, I always come out of it feeling energized. She emphasizes the practice being for YOU, which makes taking modifications and listening to my body’s limits so much more accessible. The class is challenging, she pushes you to find your best in the space and be in the moment. Also her music choice and voice are super soothing. My new favorite!!!

    Intro to Classical Pilates

I enjoyed this class. it was very easy and perfect for beginners. It’s super small so you get all the help you need. The instructor can be pretty forward and will touch you as needed but it can be pretty jarring if you’re not comfortable with so much touch (on the legs, knees, back).
