All of the instructors are very helpful and hands on and will give corrections as you’re doing the exercise to make sure you get the most out of it (and don’t hurt yourself!). They’re very encouraging, as are the other participants in the classes. The class itself is a great workout and offers a lot of concrete opportunities to challenge yourself. There are lots of different weight options for people at every stage and modifications are readily offered if you’re unable to do a certain exercise for whatever reason. I’ve been going to MADabolic for over a year now and I’ve moved up from tier 1 to tier 3 in weight and effort, thanks in large part to the encouragement and tips from the instructors. Every time you move up is such an exciting moment, because people notice and congratulate you for it! It’s a really fun class, and I particularly like that every class includes punching the bag. The workout also varies from every class, from the movements to the intervals, which really keeps things interesting and helps you train all over. Overall, I would highly recommend MADabolic to people of all levels looking for a good workout!
