From the kindness of the staff, to the intentionality behind it (down to the clean restrooms & lockers w phone chargers - like 11/10) you can tell so much care is put into the space. Loved this sculpt class too, it was short(er) but I got a hell of a workout in that period of time. Definitely looking forward to coming back again! 💪❤️

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Lindsay Nova’s s 10 AM Saturday class reformer yoga. It was a good paced class. Lots of stretching. She explained the equipment and gave great instructions for all the movements. It is a very clean, friendly studio. Lots of options to choose here. I definitely will be back.

see all reviewsLove Lauren’s classes!! Today was HARD and time flew by. My only wish was that class was a full 40 min workout with a 5/10 min stretch. Sometimes 35 mins can feel a bit short (not that I don’t already have the shakes). Love this studio and all the instructors though 🤗
