She has such fun playlists, super infectious energy, and somehow makes running feel like a party (again, I’m dead serious) Her vibe is very magnetic—she pushes you just enough to make you feel like a total badass, but always in the most fun, motivating way. DO HER FRIDAY MORNING 45 MIN!!! That was my first workout w her and now I can’t miss it—also never thought I could do 45 mins straight running, but here we are. If you get the chance, try it. You’ll leave with a huge smile, sense of accomplishment out the wazoo, and a seriously epic runner’s high. Katie is a legend.
