Izzy opened the class with nice warm ups that felt natural before diving into two main sets of flow: (1) on the mat followed by (2) standing up only where we work our way to final stretches and laying on back. Lots of intentional side openers and holds with breathwork that break out of the typical sun salutation. Izzy always gives a lot of cues and clarifies the subtle rotations needed for the moves. I feel like I learn something new about a move each time. Great style for intermediate yogis. Thanks.

see all reviewsJR’s class was amazing. I’ve tried other boxing group classes, but this class was truly an authentic boxing experience. The small class size allowed for a lot of 1-on-1 instruction. JR gave great direction on form and tips on how to improve. The workout was tough but well worth it. I will definitely be back!
