Kerrie was amazing! I’m 22 weeks pregnant and she really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and show me the exercises and modifications that would help. 10/10 will take her class again!!

I haven’t taken a Y7 class since I first came to New York nearly a decade ago. Driven by the discount on ClassPass, I decided to give it another shot, and discovered I’ve been sleeping on this studio!! Everyone from the front desk to instructor was so helpful and kind. Briana was also an amazing instructor and gave great hands-on adjustments to everyone in class. She also explained the moves very clearly and eloquently, in fact I had never had anyone talk me through a chair pose like that, and it made a huge difference in my form! Thank you for your corrections, even though I was so sweaty—sorry! This was a great experience from start to finish, and I will be back!

Lil is the best, super engaging and challenging sequence today, but felt great. Loved the 10 pound stability sequence at end. I like the flexibility of booking class on ClassPass.

Loved the class! Got a little confused with the entrance but if you stick with the elevator you should be fine. Loved the pace of the class and the instructor was easy to follow. Music was great. I wish the mat towels stuck to the mat better but I would just bring my own for next time. The ice towels were a nice touch. I only wish they had some spray deodorant for ppl who don’t have time to shower. Will definitely be back again!

Thank god for this instructor opening the door and keeping it open halfway through class. The one thing about corepower is it sometimes gets way too hot to focus on form or your breath and having the door open helped immensely. Not every workout needs to be heated to 95 degrees!
