Jeanne was attentive to her service, she checked if the pressure she gave was right and also explained the steps in the beginning, and allowed me to sleep/relax during the hair spa session. see all reviewsI was a first timer for lash lift service, but beautician was very skilled, obviously done this many times, so I very quickly knew I was in good hands. She was very gentle, so I even fell asleep during the process. My lashes were lifted perfectly. She even gave me a cute brush to brush my lashes ;v; 10/10, would totally come back if I wanna do my lashes again.

see all reviewsI did the Underarm SHR. Was a first time for me and it was okay. Remember to read the descriptions and stuff. You would have to check if there are time slots available via WhatsApp instead of booking on ClassPass alone. Also, there is an additional $10 for male charge. So read the T&Cs before you book! Even though there’s a lil minor hiccups, the whole experience as bad I thought it would be, it doesn’t hurt as I would expect and the staff were nice. Most importantly, there’s not hard selling.

After it done, I can’t really accept my lip. But she explains that is normal and it need process for healing. Now I feel my lip much better than when it just done. May need to wait few more days to see the results. :)(Thanks for the healing creme)

Really love the end result and I will definitely come back. Only gripe is that it was a little hard to find the shop as they have 2 outlets within far east plaza, one for manicure and one for pedicure which was not stated on classpass.
