see all reviewsStrictly speaking, depending on the customer's expectations, it would be 4 or possibly 3 stars because the Classic Gel Manicure service does not include exfoliation and hand cream massage, as was indicated in the service description. If this is due to operational constraints, suggest management update this clearly in the description instead of putting a disclaimer saying the service may not match the description. The salon also called 1 hour in advance to move my appointment back by 15 mins but at least they informed me, I guess? Nail colour selection is limited. HOWEVER, I am giving 5 stars because the manicurist did my nails very carefully and meticulously and I'm happy with my nails. Hope my gel nails will last!
