Elizabeth has such a beautiful voice. The class was really soothing and relaxing. Definitely one of my favorite classes in this studio.

    Yoga Fundamentals: 50-Minute Reset

The instructor was doing an audition and I thought she did a great job! She was sure to remind us throughout the class to listen to our bodies and do what felt right, no pressure to follow her lead if it wasn’t feeling good in the moment. There were also lots of hip openers which I needed and enjoyed.

    Reset + Reflect (Studio)

The studio was easy to find with easy parking in the lot on a Sunday evening. The space was clean with plenty of props, and it was both comfortable and pleasant with calming blues. The class was led by Amanda, who is congenial and kind and gave clear cues and provided accessible options. The format of the session flowed organically, and it was easy to follow along with the guided meditation. There were times to reflect internally, including journaling, and with each other. There were four students in the class, and it felt really cozy and intimate. There was a beautiful opportunity to feel supported in community at the end of the session. Rest and Reflect definitely lived up to the name!

    Slow Flow - In-Person

So great. The studio reminds me of how more/most yoga was offered 25 years ago—unheated, quiet, unpretentious. Slow flow was a great pace, plenty of movement, and enough time for Savasana!
