I love Eddy’s class! Her flows are always challenging, complex, and engaging. Her energy is amazing - she always pushes me just a bit further than I think I can go and it’s awesome. Plus her playlists are bomb. Just hit my 100th class here and I’m glad I got to take it with her!

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

I have done Yoga Sculpt and CorePower Yoga 2 at this studio plenty of times, but this was my first ever CorePower Yoga 1 class. I saw the heat was not as high as C2, so I went for it. The pace is great for people new to yoga, but holding poses and flowing through movements slower made it a fun challenge for me as an experienced yoga student. I was still sweating quite a bit, so I recommend bringing at least a face towel!

    Heated Vinyasa

This was my first Vinyasa practice in 5 years (I typically practice hatha but wanted to challenge myself) and I was nervous! Natalie gave options to make everything accessible. I really appreciated that there was a huge focus on moving with intention rather than momentum which is what shied me away from vinyasa in the first place. I will definitely be back when I can and would recommend Natalie’s class to anyone!

Great message to lean into challenges to learn and grow but instructors delivery needs some work. Her tone was more like a “drill sergeant” vs yoga encouragement after work relaxing vibes. At one point point I was watching her “instruct” us to figure out what I was doing and she makes the comment “cmon people you didn’t come here to look at me” honestly it’s not that serious. People attend yoga to decompress after work. Also music was boring and not motivating for all the “intensity”
