    BODYPUMP™

Really great class! I will definitely be back! Total body weight workout. There’s essentially no cardio and it’s strictly weights. I do wish the music was more current and that some of the songs were more upbeat because that would make the class go by faster.

Great class, great instructor. Challenging, but like the description, good for all levels. Even at a fast-ish pace, Adam still talked about form, which I really appreciate. Would for sure take again and take more of Adam’s classes.

    GROOV3: Cardio Hip Hop

Samantha was fantastic! Easy to follow, kept the pace of the class going and it was a low pressure environment. So much fun! Also love the format. As someone who has only taken one other choreo class, I feel like this is a great place to start.

    Cycle

Was my first cycle class and I was a little nervous but Autumn was really helpful setting my cycle up and made me feel welcome. I liked the music and had fun. Exceeded my expectations. Cycle room was hard to find so make sure you show up early. The front desk helped give me directions. Bring a lock for the lockers.

This class was amazing for beginners, and Derrick was a great instructor. I have basically zero dance experience and it was just what I was looking for. Also the studio is so cute and decorated so nicely! Will definitely be back

This was my first time at a Jazzercise class and oh my gosh, can’t wait for another one. Phyllis was the instructor and she was absolutely amazing. All the ladies were super nice and supportive and I felt like I belonged on just the first day! Absolutely can’t wait to go back. Super welcoming studio!!

    Cardio Sculpt 60

I really enjoy the energy of the teachers, the friendliness of the other jazzercizers, the space, the weight exercises. I know that in the classes I’ve ben to, I can go easy and get into shape but can push and challenge myself mire as I get into better shape.

    Sculpt 60

Love this cardio and strength 2-fer. One of the most joyous and upbeat classes I’ve found in Seattle. The dancing just feels good and the strength & stretch work so powerful after the intense cardio. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

[Beginner][K-pop Dance] Woke Up - XG

The actual instructor was late, but another instructor took over the warm-up in their place. The warm-up felt thorough and engaging, and once the appropriate instructor showed up, we went straight into the choreography. The teacher did a great job breaking down the steps/moves and checking in to see how everyone was doing. The class was full but comfortable with enough space to move. It was held in the Armory, and I parked in a residential area that has free parking about a ten-minute walk from the building, near Rabbit Rabbit. I did feel slightly out of place (i.e., like a dinosaur lol) as it felt like all of the students were college age. However, I enjoyed the class and recommend it!

Instructor was great, but this specific class wasn’t for new / probably shouldn’t be on ClassPass. It sounds like they have beginner classes, which seems more suitable for an app most people use to try something new.
