    Julia has amazing energy, especially at 8:30 AM!As a beginner to a row class, Julia walked me through the proper form. Although she’s instructing the class, she noticed my form was off. She came off mic to correct my form and guided me back into rhythm. The staff were super nice as well.

    Intro to AIR® (Adult Beginner Level Class)

    I was nervous heading into this class since this was totally out of my comfort zone, but Sabrina made me feel excited to learn something new! She was welcoming and helped each student to make sure we were carefully practicing each move. The studio itself was clean and had plenty of metered parking on the street in front. I definitely enjoyed this experience and would love to come back for more. Super recommend for new beginners!
