    Lourdes was incredible. Her timing and cues were perfect. I’d never taken a bounce class or really any kind of trampoline exercise but she demo’ed everything along with us and guided us. The Pilates portions on the machine were challenging, too. As a woman with not the strongest pelvic floor, I was a little worried about the trampoline, but it wasn’t an issue since you aren’t jumping high.
