Putting on the props takes some getting used to, but they add to the challenge of the class. The instructor had great energy and was motivating throughout the class! I’d never taken a bounce class or really any kind of trampoline exercise but she demo’ed everything along with us and guided us. The Pilates portions on the machine were challenging, too. As a woman with not the strongest pelvic floor, I was a little worried about the trampoline, but it wasn’t an issue since you aren’t jumping high. The class was so fun, brought some big smiles to my face. I’ll be back!!
