see all reviewsI usually do reformer style (Lagree and Solidcore) and spin classes. This class was completely different. There was a lot of extension and lengthening exercises all done on a floor mat. Those 2 lb hand weights got pretty heavy towards the end of class. My heart rate did go up and I did have to take breaks. Overall, it was challenging but low impact. Even though I like the intensity of Lagree and Solidcore, I did enjoy this low impact workout and plan to go back.
