see all reviewsCharlie is an incredibly thoughtful yoga teacher. I have been working with a wrist injury for over a year, and without me telling him, he noticed that one of my wrists was weaker than the other. He always checks in with me about how my wrist is doing, and he offers modifications for injuries and different levels. Highly recommend his class if you want an authentic yoga experience.

Brian’s class was fun, welcoming, and perfect for all levels. Bonus points for the two shade tents, which were the real MVPs on a warm summer morning!

see all reviewsI had a different instructor this time who seemed to be used to more advanced students… even though the class was all levels. I was fine doing a little more corpse pose and letting the prana do its thing, but it would have been nice to have more adaptation options. The class was good and I am sticking with this spot.
