see all reviewsI thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Yoga Nest. The vibe was very inviting as well as Amie the teacher. I typically practice hot yoga that is focused a lot of athleticism and it was lovely to practice today in a way that felt more connected to the truth of asana. The teacher was knowledgeable and provided good verbal cues and adjustments as well as hands on. Will definitely return when I'm in town again.

Brian’s class was fun, welcoming, and perfect for all levels. Bonus points for the two shade tents, which were the real MVPs on a warm summer morning!

see all reviewsI had a different instructor this time who seemed to be used to more advanced students… even though the class was all levels. I was fine doing a little more corpse pose and letting the prana do its thing, but it would have been nice to have more adaptation options. The class was good and I am sticking with this spot.
