    This studio is so cute and Caitlin was so welcoming. I came in early because it was my first time EVER trying the reformer. She explained the different parts and provided helpful form tips. Not super intense, but you will feel the burn. Great playlist too!

    Visited from Portugal and decided to try the studio such a great experience! The instructor was amazing, 10/10 and definitely the highlight for me. I think I personally prefer Pilates without the high heat, but I’m so glad I tried it and really enjoyed the class.

    Club Pilates is great, I’ve been coming for a long time, many of the teachers are amazing. And the general manager Sarah is a gem, I wish she taught. I cannot recommend Kim Dee, she attacked me for wanting to do a few minutes of foot in straps at the end of class, and her class was freezing cold, so bad for our muscles.

    As a guy, this was my first time trying pilates, and I wasn't really sure what to expect. Natalie did an awesome job making me feel welcomed and explaining the reformer positions and exercises.
