The bolster, blocks, weighted eye mask and other equipment was already in place when I arrived, so all I had to do was bring my yoga mat and lay down. The studio is very spacious and well lit. I enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowls and also the rose and hibiscus tea at the end. I came in with a shoulder ache caused by my own bad posture, and left with no ache at all. 10/10 would do this again!

Even though it was full, she would demonstrate, walk around to check everyone’s form plus provide modifications (: I struggle a lot with my wrists so it was a nice reminder and option when I could go on my forearms. Instead of fighting against my body, I was able to focus on the muscle group needed. Then when I took her Stretch class today, I loved that there was still strength training and an emphasis on the outer glutes, which is the muscle group I need and want to grow. Thank you!

This was my very first massage, and from the moment I walked in, the staff made sure I felt comfortable and had all my questions answered. My masseuse, Olive, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, respectful, and incredibly intentional in everything she did. Before entering the room, she knocked. During the session, she was slow and purposeful with her movements — whether repositioning my arms or legs or adjusting the blanket, she always made sure I stayed covered and comfortable. That kind of care made the whole experience feel very safe. One of my biggest concerns going in was pressure. I tend to be more sensitive and have had painful experiences with friend and family giving me at home massages, but Olive found the perfect balance — firm enough to actually work through my muscles and help me relax, but never uncomfortably intense. What I especially appreciated was how she handled check-ins. She made a point to ask before anything significant, like touching my face or applying the hot towel to my back, but she didn’t over-check during the rest of the session. That balance felt just right — attentive without being disruptive. I left feeling genuinely relaxed and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend ALLEE, especially if you’re a first-timer. Ask for Olive!

I have been doing the Contrast Therapy circuit: ~20 mins in the dry sauna to sweat out toxins, immediately followed by a frigid cold plunge, and capped off with a session under their red light panels. This trio has been helping my skin—leaving it smoother and more radiant—and I’ve noticed real improvements in muscle recovery and even a subtle boost in fat loss although it's only been ~2 weeks, which is impressive. Beyond the physical benefits, there’s a huge mood lift that comes from conquering that icy plunge; the endorphin rush feels like a built-in victory lap every time.
