    I love love Sam’s classes sm that I’m leaving yet another review! She’s uses the carriage the majority of the time which I really prefer. Some of the others’ strength or sweat classes felt more like a HITT workout class that hardly used the machine—mostly weights and random cardio like jumping jacks.

    Coach Steez was so much fun. We had a warm up, bridge set, plank set & cardio set. Before each AMRAP style set, coach demonstrated each move before we started. The music was great and we ended with stretching too. There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces too. Everyone was really friendly too. We’ll be back!

    So much fun! Plenty of parking & a restroom available. Make sure you get there early to sign your waiver. We did half of the class on the floor with benches and weights, and the other half with a med ball on mats for mat pilates. Ended with stretching & everyone was super welcoming :)

    Instructor was clear, the instructions were easy to follow. Considerable amount of exercise was done on mat (30%?), preferred to utilize the reformer more. The warm up and cool down routine before and after the class is good.
