    Stretching & Flexibility

This is the best stretching class I’ve attended in years. Marina’s class offers methodical, full-body active stretching exercises and has an excellent pace. Marina provides precise technical instruction, and is always well-prepared.

    Intro to Handstand

Leo can be soft-spoken (which makes it challenging in a large/loud room), but he gives really helpful & personal guidance, along with some great cues. I’ve learned a lot from him so far and have only taken two classes with him!

    Intro to Pole Dancing

Olga’s classes are great. Very technique and detail oriented. I’ve taken a few pole classes before, but her specific technique instructions are so good. It’s a very small class too, so you get lots of personal attention and corrections on how to do it better. She also gave me and others different things to work on based on our skill levels. Highly recommended!
