Indoor In Person Classes Available! At the Soul of Yoga, yoga is much more than…Open Gym
see all reviewsThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

see all reviewsGreat workout but its intense if you haven’t done HIT in a hot yoga room - I did the sculpt workout. They offer a complimentary rental towel if it’s your first time and provide you with locks and lockers to put your stuff away. You need a towel, mat and water bottle. Bring an extra shirt because get really sweaty. There is also a shower in the bathroom that you can use to take a 5 min shower as the guidelines state.

see all reviewsIt was my first time at this studio and taking this sort of class but I really loved it. I could definitely feel a synergy amongst the practitioners in the class and actually thought to myself I was glad to be a part of the class in the moment. The class consisted of deep but gentle stretching and it was neat to follow the chanting interspersed throughout the class. Felt very aware of the present moment. It was also neat being able to pull a card at the beginning of the class. Overall, a very beautiful and welcoming studio.
Welcome to South Park Yoga! Down to earth Yoga Studio who believes that Yoga is for…Infrared Heated Slow Flow + Sound Healing
see all reviewsReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

see all reviewsWhew! What a class! I was dripping sweat all throughout! Definitely needed a lot of breaks which we were encouraged to take if our bodies needed it. Loved the music! Loved the energy! Loved the much needed affirmations before and after the class. I will be back for more.
Namaste Fitness believes in the power of wellness as the foundation for happiness…Hatha & Pranayama (Indoor reUnify)
see all reviewsAmber was a real treat, made sure to introduce herself to everyone that was new, ask about their practices, injuries, what they wanted, etc. This was a mixed class in terms of skill, so it moved a little slower and less strenuous than I usually go for. However, I think that’s laid out in the description and hand up, I'm not a big reader and definitely don't know what most of the yoga terms mean. You would think I would learn them, but you'd be wrong. Anyway, that's neither here nor there. The studio was small but comfortable, the class was cool, and Amber was a great instructor.

see all reviewsI have been a long time student of Donny's and his classes are like none others. He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!
