see all reviewsAppreciated the warm up, especially given it was 6am. Seems like the microphone/sound system was just a bit off bc it was hard to hear his instructions in the beginning of the class. Good workout! Strong core section, my husband wishes he had his abs, you can tell he doesn’t skip any reps.

see all reviewsI have been a long time student of Donny's and his classes are like none others. He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

see all reviewsAMAZING! I love how she started class with some breathing exercises. It helped me get into the right headspace to get the most of class. The flow was great and I really loved the little balance game she did towards the end. The eucalyptus towel fanning and the candles are such a wonderful bonus. Overall, class was challenging, light-hearted, and invigorating!

see all reviewsThis class was awesome! I really liked Cheryl’s flow - she’s very considerate when offering modifications and hands-on adjustment. I worked up a good sweat but the studio space is well ventilated and very clean. My only complaint is regarding etiquette during class - while I understand Pilates focuses on breathing techniques, in today’s class there was a client making excessive noise that was really distracting and felt inappropriate for a public space. This is not a reflection of the studio or instructor I’m hoping it was an isolated incident.

see all reviewsThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Bring an extra shirt because get really sweaty. There is also a shower in the bathroom that you can use to take a 5 min shower as the guidelines state.

see all reviewsHot Flow with Charlie was amazing! His form adjustments and modifications were perfect. I loved the music, his energy and calm vibe. I left both energized and completely relaxed. I’ve attended Y6 Hot Flow at several studios with other instructors and this was by far the best. The studio itself was nice. Small room made for a more manageable class that allowed for better personalized attention especially where form is critical. The showers were an awesome bonus to rinse off before I headed out. Highly recommend Charlie and this location.

see all reviewsMerida is a wonderful instructor. Great sense of humor, flowing playlists, hands on adjustments, and “yogic philosophy” teachings that are uplifting and gentle, even for the most skeptical peeps doing yoga “just for the workout.” (Which IMHO isn’t true yoga.) also special shout out to Stephan at the front desk who went out of his way to be sweet and welcoming, as it was my first time at this studio. Excellent customer service. 5 stars for both of them!

see all reviewsIt was my first time at this studio and taking this sort of class but I really loved it. I could definitely feel a synergy amongst the practitioners in the class and actually thought to myself I was glad to be a part of the class in the moment. The class consisted of deep but gentle stretching and it was neat to follow the chanting interspersed throughout the class. Felt very aware of the present moment. It was also neat being able to pull a card at the beginning of the class. Overall, a very beautiful and welcoming studio.

see all reviewsReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

see all reviewsAmber was a real treat, made sure to introduce herself to everyone that was new, ask about their practices, injuries, what they wanted, etc. This was a mixed class in terms of skill, so it moved a little slower and less strenuous than I usually go for. However, I think that’s laid out in the description and hand up, I'm not a big reader and definitely don't know what most of the yoga terms mean. You would think I would learn them, but you'd be wrong. Anyway, that's neither here nor there. The studio was small but comfortable, the class was cool, and Amber was a great instructor.

see all reviewsNicole (the instructor and owner) was very welcoming, took the time to talk to people individually as they came in, and had a great mentality for class - that she was just happy we were here regardless of what everyone was doing. It’s nice to have a teacher with a positive and inclusive attitude instead of one who’s barking orders at the class - she also had great clear cues for every movement! The studio itself was super clean and spacious, plus there’s an ocean view when you walk out into the shopping center. Only downside was that parking was only free for an hour in the garage, so unless you are late or leave early you do have to pay but that’s not the studios fault.
