    Power Fusion 2- Candlelight

I started yoga because it practices to listen to your body and take breaks when needed but he often preaches about not drinking water, pushing through instead of taking a break, and not wiping the sweat off because it’ll come right back (even if it’s dripping into your nose, ears, eyes). I think he could be more mindful that people have differences in their abilities and comfort. When I take a break that’s good for my chronic pain and a great sign that I’m managing my anxiety by allowing myself a moment. That being said, Nathaniel is otherwise an amazing and creative instructor. I would continue coming to his class no matter what he said

RELEASE + RESTORE: Breathwork + Sound + Reiki

Didn’t know what to expect for this class but released my resistance to it and loved it. What a special and calm environment for an inward experience (and a good cry). Kelley was so sweet too!

Yin / Nidra Yoga + Affirmations

I go to Saira’s classes 2-3 times a week (basically any restorative class I can find taught by her) because she is the absolute best. 🤌🏼 Her voice is relaxing, she knows exactly what to say and when, and the poses have me feeling so present + calm. It’s a treat to attend her classes — have only held off writing a review due to selfish reasons (I want room to do happy baby in class lol). But seriously, always a great class led by her!

    Postpartum strengthening and mobility

This class was great for me as a new mom trying to return to being active. The instructors taught mobility exercises and explained how they are connected to the pelvic floor and the importance of doing each exercise postpartum.
