see all reviewsLove Casey’s class. She is such a great teacher. Wish she taught a bit more! Feels like a lot of the great teachers aren’t teaching a lot of classes anymore and a couple of newer teachers to the studio are teaching a lot of the classes. Missing the variety of knowledgeable teachers.

see all reviewsJonathan’s class is such an artistic, beautifully connected flow. I do wish, Soul of Yoga would dim the lights more. Those harsh lights are such a disservice to the beautiful practice that they hold space for.

see all reviewsThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

see all reviewsThis studio is beautiful and bright and the practice was so intentional. I really enjoyed the flow of class, i felt very prepared for the peak pose and challenged in a different way that other flows at studios in the area. I was unsure from the description, but this is not a heated studio.

see all reviewsI always love Abigail’s workouts. 10/10 for her. I will say Indie as a whole has a few things that happen consistently which have contributed to me frequenting the studio less often. 1) lack of timeliness - they let people trickle in late which leads to class starting and ending late. 2) less common of an occurrence but the front desk people sometime vacuum, chat, etc during savasana which would be fine any other time of class while music is pumping but is disrupting during your final rest posture.

see all reviewsAbsolutely amazing class! Rachel is so knowledgeable about both the asanas of yoga and the spiritual teachings - I thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of the 8 limbs of yoga at the beginning of class. Class was held in the rooftop yoga dome, creating a nice inside/outside experience. Will definitely be coming back for more of Rachel’s classes!

see all reviewsThis is my second time taking Heated Mobility. Aliyah taught the class in a more active way than my previous experience but it still provided a lot of good stretching along with some minor strength training movements. I think it's still good for beginners and she was very open to people modifying as needed.

see all reviewsGreat class! Cassandra was very friendly and sweet. She also did a great job of pacing the class flow in a way that started very slowly and then built up to a quicker but still manageable level of pacing to really get deeper into stretches and build some heat in the body. I felt great afterwards. Highly recommended for all levels, including beginners. There was actually someone who said it was her very first yoga class ever and she loved it.

see all reviewsWow! This was an AMAZING class! One of the best yoga classes I’ve ever been to. It was empowering, challenging, relaxing and healing. Karina spoke about the chakras and said empowering mantras throughout class. She did a perfect job at pushing and motivating the class throughout all the poses. It was 102 so definitely expect to get your sweat on. Thoroughly impressed with this class and I will be back!

see all reviewsRob was great. I’m used to practicing vinyasa. This was a fun and different style. High energy, challenging and interactive. My only complaint is that the teacher that taught the following class came in immediately, abruptly, loudly and made a lot of noise dropping her mat onto the floor. She was very inconsiderate of the students remaining in the room in savasana. Hopefully this feedback makes its way back to her so that she can be more conscientious of how her energy affects students who come to Hatch.

see all reviewsI liked everything about this class… Well, perhaps the music was not my taste (never developed a taste for that EDM beat), but the workout was really good; an interesting mix of Yoga, Pilates, & Calisthenics, Regan was really supportive, kept the class going at a great pace, and was really attentive and observant to both the studio environment and the participants. I hate to admit it... but I was sore for a day or two after. That tells me I've got a few areas I need to work on in my regular workouts. Thanks for a great experience.
