see all reviewsReally great class! The instructor really lets you choose how challenging you want the session to be by providing various options of difficulty. The room it took place in is large with double mirrors and perfect room heated room temp. Has mats, towels, and blocks. Parking at the facility is a little difficult since there’s construction and it’s typically busy but the class is well worth it.

All the classes Monday through Thursday are more beginner-friendly, so I definitely came to the right place. I can totally see myself coming back soon for more!
