From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, which made trying something new feel much less intimidating. The class definitely had me sweating (a lot!), but in the best way possible. I loved that I could move at my own pace while still challenging myself, learning new poses, and getting an amazing stretch. I left feeling refreshed, accomplished, and already looking forward to my next class!
