see all reviewsThis class was an excellent mix of building heat, followed by deep stretches. The focus on breathing here was a good reminder to slow down. Carla did a great job of explaining all the different positions, including alternative options. The space smelt really good. I was very warm and welcoming, as was the proprietor of the Thousand Yoga Barre (whose name escapes me, apologies!). She also recommended to use Apple Maps over Google Maps when driving to the studio, because Google Maps will take you to the back of the building, but the entrance is actually on the north side of the building which Apple Maps will direct you to. Overall, a very positive experience and I will book again.

I would really recommend this class for anyone who wants to try bc the teacher has great energy and super supportive! It was a lot of fun ~~
