I appreciated that we spent a longer time in poses to really get the full strength benefit from them. Also a nice touch to get the lavender towels at the end.

The apple cider mimosas was a nice touch (; I also met some very nice class participants, and was even invited by Paula to attend a DJ event nearby after class. Extremely welcoming and enjoyable, will be back!

see all reviewsLoved this instructor. Flow and sequence was great and creative! I loved it. I think it could have been a lot more powerful with a different playlist, maybe something with less lyrics or more intentional lyrics. But overall great class and strong instructor, so happy I went.

see all reviewsThis was my first class at CPY and first ever heated class. I was a bit nervous that it would be too intense for me but it was a great experience. I’m not sure I’ve ever sweat so much but it was comforting to see people taking breaks. The music was fun, Mae was easy to follow and explained everything and the 60 minute class flew by! I’ll be back for more🤗
