She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and she explained everything thoroughly step by step so I always knew what to expect. She created such a calm and welcoming environment that my anxiety disappeared almost immediately. I was shocked by how much less painful the experience was than I had imagined, and I truly think that’s because of how experienced she is. She checked in throughout the appointment, made sure I was comfortable, and never made me feel awkward or embarrassed for a second. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible. I left feeling so much more confident and relieved that I finally tried it. see all reviewsI initially booked this Brazilian service for Saturday afternoon and called left a voicemail/text message to confirm 👍 the appointment the morning because I had experienced a previous ClassPass provider standing me up due to not receiving any notice of the booking. I didn't receive any response, but still went due to the policy. Of course, I arrived and no one's there. I received a text from the provider later that evening with apologies. We exchanged messages and they offered 🫴 a complimentary brow wax if I still wanted to book. I was able to book for the following Wednesday and enjoyed the service. She is professional and efficient. I will be booking again for other services.
