    I had a great workout at United Fitness. The instructor Nick was inviting, fun, and motivating. He showed me modifications and made sure I understood the routine/moves. I feel some experience of cross-fit would be beneficial but not mandatory. I was able to participate without ever having done CF. I can see building this into my schedule every few weeks for variety.
