The WOD was focused on upper body, and I thought it was really well-balanced & solid. I would definitely recommend this gym.

see all reviewsDiana is such a great motivating instructor, it was my first time at BBB and was immediately made to feel welcome. Diana was great always making sure to fix form as you’re going through the exercises. The class isn’t easy, it is high intensity so you should be prepared for that. The Friday class reminded me of a slightly kinder f45 class. The facility is in a great location, plenty of parking, very clean and well organised. Bring your A game for class because you only get out what you put in :) highly recommend!!!
