For circuit training the cardio machines help me track my personal progress as my stamina has improved with each class and the owner and primary instructor Louis keeps things interesting with added weight focused exercise that you can progress on at your own pace with each class. How energy really helps you keep going and he's always available to flag down if you need help. Only spending 2 minutes at each station also makes it so you don't feel stuck doing the same exercise for too long. I've personally improved so much in the last year. I found out working out 3x a week really makes the extra difference from 2x.

Brian is a knowledgeable and skilled trainer who adapts his efforts to each session's situation. He varies activities to keep things interesting, always reading the room 😀, encourages me to do just a little more than I think I can. Highly recommended! So much so that I made bbb my home gym as Thursday.
