After my first visit, the pinched nerve in my neck is much less irritating. My lower back issue is older and will take more time to cure. I plan on going back to address these two issues.

The girl that did my facial was PHENOMENAL… she took her time and made sure she got all the impurities that need to be extracted, extracted! The cooling mask was much need😩. I got the goosebumps when she did a little message on me shoulder, it was great. I didn’t get her name but will be back soon!!

see all reviewsLoveee it! Such a relaxing and calming experience! It was my first time using an infrared sauna and I was attended by the owner with such kindness and patience. I was not hurried at all which made the experience even more enjoyable for me. The sauna was clean and comfortable. I got a good sweat and left refreshed. I highly recommend! The float therapy looks interesting and is next on my list :)!
