see all reviewsI was surprised how good iyenga yoga is. The teacher was very very good, showed, explained and assisted very well. She had an immediate sense of confidence, humour and professionalism, also took the time after class to discuss alignments for specific body types, which is beyond dedication for me. The room was excessively warm, even though it wasn't a hot yoga class. The teacher explained this is unfortunately an issue that cannot be resolved within the building. Overall the studio was very clean, spacious, welcoming. The reception area was cosy and invited to stay a bit longer for a tea, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall I enjoyed it.
