It blends strength, mobility, and calisthenics in a way I wasn’t used to—more of a free-flow style than just copying a teacher. The instructor was great, guiding us clearly, and even though I found the choregraphy tricky—like figuring out which arm or leg to move first—it really challenged me in a positive way. Nota extra: eu sou o cronicamente atrasado e desta vez também cheguei ligeiramente atrasado, a maioria dos sítios desconta o tempo da massagem o que é compreensivo porque é que a culpa é minha mas aqui a Rute manteve a duração da massagem, mesmo sendo domingo antes de almoço, o que mostra o esforço extra pelo cliente.
