    This class was so fun and went by fast! It really challenged me. I’ve been going to the gym for years, but cardio isn’t my strong suit so I was nervous about that so if you’re in the same boat take what you need from the class, go at your pace and modify as needed. Don’t let your self limiting beliefs keep you from taking this amazing class!!! Amy was great, she briefed the newbies (it was my first time) on what to expect before the class started. Def will go again!

    I love this studio and the instructors, but this particular workout “Stage 7” was a hot mess. People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.

    This has been my favorite ClassPass workout so far! Abbey was an excellent instructor. She provided clear instructions, corrected my form when necessary, and brought great energy to the class. I really appreciated the space, and I enjoyed the small class size. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
