Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out. I will def come back to this one!

Music was really low felt almost like a yoga or meditation situation. I don’t like that midway through they had me buy socks. Almost felt like why did I get there early just to get pulled out mid workout? Aside from that it was nice. Probably better for an older crowd, I didn’t burn many cals but I felt stretched.

I think it’s just the kind of reformers that they use that makes it feel like I’m doing more stretching than working out. Overall I would return for a nice Sunday morning light workout.
