see all reviewsThis was my first time experiencing cryotherapy and I combined it with the infrared sauna. Ally(I hope I spelled it correctly) helped get me settled in. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and was able to explain how the therapy benefited her in her own experience. The tank was obviously very cold but I loved how my body felt afterwards. The facility was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and I’ll def be back for more sessions.

The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule me for later in the day which was an inconvenience for both of us but at least I was accommodated. But then instead of a 90 mins, I was only tended for 60 mins. I feel like I should be owed a refund for the 30 mins. The massage itself was a good one. Anna, the masseuse is good, my mid-back was hurting from computer work and I walked away with alleviated pain.
