    No Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

    I was able to participate in the class despite knowing nothing. The instructor was a very apt coach, explained things clearly and identified need for corrections across participants. Class was structured well with adequate time allocated to practicing different techniques and having breaks. The space was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming without being overbearing.
