    SCULPT

Jacob’s voice is so relaxing, he always care about good form, great flow to class, and I actually enjoyed his sculpt class (didn’t like it the first time with another instructor). The normal WeFlowHard is still my favorite class!

    WeFlowHard® Vinyasa

I haven’t taken a Y7 class since I first came to New York nearly a decade ago. Driven by the discount on ClassPass, I decided to give it another shot, and discovered I’ve been sleeping on this studio!! Everyone from the front desk to instructor was so helpful and kind. Briana was also an amazing instructor and gave great hands-on adjustments to everyone in class. She also explained the moves very clearly and eloquently, in fact I had never had anyone talk me through a chair pose like that, and it made a huge difference in my form! Thank you for your corrections, even though I was so sweaty—sorry! This was a great experience from start to finish, and I will be back!

    Hot bodē Sculpt

Strong coaching skills, beautifully executed demos, clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Nice and roomy studio. what I didn’t love: 1. sorta barking/shouting instructions. In the huge studio can see this is challenging, would rather be able to hear in any case and didn’t detract from excellent workout overall. 2. speaking so fast. Instructions were clear and thorough nonetheless. 3. tap water only, no filtered water dispenser.

    Zumba

It was my first time taking Nadine’s class & she was amazing! It’s difficult to find good Zumba classes in the city but I’m glad that I’ve found one that I enjoy. I left feeling better than I came in & look forward to taking her class again!

Loved the class! Got a little confused with the entrance but if you stick with the elevator you should be fine. Loved the pace of the class and the instructor was easy to follow. Music was great. I wish the mat towels stuck to the mat better but I would just bring my own for next time. The ice towels were a nice touch. I only wish they had some spray deodorant for ppl who don’t have time to shower. Will definitely be back again!

YS - Yoga Sculpt - NYC

Thank god for this instructor opening the door and keeping it open halfway through class. The one thing about corepower is it sometimes gets way too hot to focus on form or your breath and having the door open helped immensely. Not every workout needs to be heated to 95 degrees!
