Folami is an awesome teacher! She’s so kind and warm, and she made an effort to build a relationship with everyone in the class. Her class was a bit faster and more high-energy than I’m used to, and some parts felt almost cardio paced - though it did slow down a lot by the second half. I also felt like she chose great exercises. Sometimes I struggle to feel an exercise in the right part of my body but today I felt like everything was hitting in all the right places. Thank you Folami!!

Great first class here - clean, organized space, kind instructor. Maybe it was just because one of the participants was chatty in a self- deprecating way, but there was a kind of full-class small talk thing at the beginning that made it feel more personal than some other classes I’ve taken. (There are only about 8 reformers so it’s a more intimate class anyway.)

    The Piston

As always, the instructors are engaging, helpful and motivating. What I would suggest be changed for this class is doing multiple sets at the stations and only one lap rather than doing one set and multiple laps. I didn’t feel the burn. Usually, I’m able to work up a good sweat during a F45 class. Not this one. One set and multiple laps may work better for a cardio class and not strength training.

    ORIENTATION WORKOUT

I'll preface by saying I've never done a reformer pilates class, but I've done pilates mat classes before. I definitely was intimidated by the reformer initially, but after the orientation class, I felt pretty comfy with it. I appreciated Kat's hands-on adjustments. The studio has a lobby area with seating that allows a few people to sit before the class starts. There's no changing room, but there is a single use restroom that I was able to use before the class started to get changed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely have to try an actual class because I already felt the burn after the orientation class!
