    Fun and the class flew by. I should have gone earlier than I did for my first class just because they are so helpful and teach the technique and what the numbers on the screen mean and I didn’t give them enough time to teach me! (I should have been ~10 min early). Enjoyed the part where the whole class distance was added together!

    First time at a cycle class and this was such a great intro class! Combined with the strength training at the end it was a fantastic workout! Jennifer was such a kind and welcoming instructor. She really gave the whole body an intense workout. 12/10 recommend stopping by for a class!

    Even though instructor unable to show up I took advantage of using the rower. Gave me chance to try to remember things from prior classes. Open rowing time not too bad given I am someone that thrives better with class structure and guidance. Only thing to do different is if open rowing time in the future, offer us that choose to stay to work out a song list option if at all possible or even a Spotify list to keep the energy going. Overall a great way to make most of the situation and still allow those of us that chose to stay a chance to get movement in for the evening.
