The moves were intense in the best way, and she incorporated a lot of unique and new movements I haven’t experienced in a mat class before. This is my first time trying reformer Pilates normally I do hot mat but I was so excited and Hannah made it so much more comfortable with following her queues and offering modifications as needed. I felt so encouraged to come back and do it again. I am a bigger girl so it feels great to feel welcome and included in a space that you don’t see much big girls in. I’ll definitely be coming back! She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.
