    I loved it! The instructor was so sweet, I even noticed that she gave some stretching recommendations to another girl before class when she mentioned some soreness she felt. I thought that was very thoughtful and going beyond what other instructors do. The workout itself was very challenging and a lot of new movements that I enjoyed. Will be taking more of her classes 😊

    Soooo spicy!!! I absolutely love Liv’s classes. Her rhythm and playlists are amazing and she has such a calm demeanor but definitely takes charge of the room. Note to friends attending classes together…please try to be quiet at the end of class as it’s usually meant to be for grounding yourself and focusing on breathing. Chatting and giggling is not meant for this setting, save it for the walk to the car 😊

    Highly recommend! Angelo was a great instructor. This class was beginner friendly and results were immediate. I was surprisingly able to learn the choreography to a tango with no previous professional dance experience. Additionally, the studio was judgement-free and welcoming. Due to limited shoe options, I wore sneakers with smooth soles. It went well, so I would not let that be a reason not to book.

    If you’re looking for an intimate sound bath experience, I highly recommend Diana. I’ve attended other sessions with around 30 people, but here, the group is kept small—only 4 to 5 people max, if that! My experience with Diana was truly exceptional. I’ve long been an advocate for sound baths during chaotic times, and Diana’s warmth and passion for her work are genuinely inspiring. I felt an incredible sense of relief afterward. Thank you so much for the crystal, Diana! I can’t wait to return!
