I like that he played instrumental traditional music as well.     Rosanna’s class was the most challenging sculpt class I’ve done (in a good way) - I burned twice the amount of cals I usually do! Incredible workout. Although for someone who’s been doing corepower sculpt for years, this sequence was unusually hard on the knees - I’ve never had knee pain before so wanted to call that out.
