    I liked how challenging the class was. I am a complete newbie, so any of the Megaformer classes will be fine for you if you’re new too, because you can just mimic other experienced folks and the instructor can personally refine your moves as well. I’m going again soon to build up my stamina!

    Prenatal Yoga

    Britney’s prenatal classes are amazing. She creates such a welcoming, peaceful environment for women who are pregnant, looking to get pregnant, or recovering in postpartum. She’s knowledgeable and explains benefits of different positions and poses for labor and helps relieve pregnancy aches and pains. She’s the best!! I look forward to this class every week and wish it was offered more than once a week!

    The instructor was so kind and welcoming. She lead the class very well. However, the class was all older clientele and was a lot of stretching, not Matt based Pilates. Felt the description for the class was off but would try more classes lead by this instructor
