Loved the pace and instruction. Great sound /music selection. Clean restroom & amenities. Smooth checkin. I prefer for the full studio to be open to practice and not partitioned for separate classes. Cons: Hearing chatter from the other class letting out while practicing. Better Hair/dust inspection on floor prior to class would be awesome..,overall great studio and community space next to Manny’s SF.

Suzanne is amazing. One of the best yoga classes I have taken. A wonderful mix of athletic vinyasa with slow, thoughtful time spent in challenging hatha poses. I always appreciate Carolyn’s heart shares. Today the theme was observing the monkey mind…the vritti as in yogas chitta vritti nirodh. Today it started out slow, but with a purpose to observe the mind. I would have preferred a full on strong flow but I understood the theme and purpose so I went with it. Towards the middle of class we got into more of what I’m accustomed to in her classes - longer holds at first sequence and then repeating the sequence breath to breath. It was more of a chillaxing flow at first today put together by the meaningful heart share.

2nd time in this studio and really stoked that the studio offers early weekday classes! Teacher was a sweet guide, with a unique and creative sequence. I really love that this place is completely unpretentious and non-gimmicky! The class is advertised as a strong flow which is why I went, but to me felt like an all levels class. The strong flows I’m used to are much more challenging, but I was able to do my own thing to cater to my practice. When school starts, I won’t be able to take this 7am class but this studio offers 6:30am classes Wednesdays which is awesome and fits my schedule! Can’t wait to try it!
