    Super challenging! I’m soar in places I’ve never been soar before! This is my second time doing legri at Bold and it pushes me harder than any workout I’ve ever done. The teacher was super nice. I prefer hip hop music personally so next time I will signup up for Bre’s class but overall great workout. So hard I felt like throwing up but I just need to build up endurance.

    One of the best Pilates classes I’ve ever taken. Abby was so knowledgeable and had the smoothest flow that was perfectly difficult. Just enough time for buns, guns, and everything else. All the springs were perfectly chosen. You could tell she knew her stuff by her smooth transitions, and perfect cues.

    I arrived 4min before class started. I don’t recommend that to any class pass person trying a studio for the first time but traffic prevented me from being there 15min before class like I usually like to. I came in anxious from running late and knowing I needed to sign a waiver and get situated. The front desk person greeted me and got me started on the waiver and the instructor of the class walked out to say hello and introduce herself. With 2 min before class she was so kind to walk me through their equipment and studio(I’ve taken lagree/reformer classes elsewhere but it’s always different each studio). I let her know about my wrist sensitivity and she provided some modifications ahead of class but throughout class provided verbal modifications and more challenging ones for students of various levels. I loved how fast paced, encouraging, and challenging the class felt! I will definitely be attending again.
